The grapes used for this wine was handpicked at the vineyard in Western Australia to ensure the superb wine taste, in which the wine has won numerous wine tasting competitions. This wine was made using the classic grape varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from Margaret River has taken much patience and great care to blend and age over a period of 36 months. Wine was produced in Australia.
 
To commemorate the late Lee Hoi Chuen's (1901-1975, late Chinese Opera performer and Television Actor, also the father of the legendary Bruce Lee) 100th birthday, his grandson Clarence Lee (CLEE's founder) has chosen this limited edition crossover of "CLEE x 2001 Palinda Reserve Cabernet Shiraz" in remembrance of him. The box and bottle image was designed and manufactured in Hong Kong. Only 1000 bottles were produced and each bottle has its own serial number printed on the back of the bottle.
